Pricing

Standard interior and exterior photos: $150

Twilight exterior photos, 360 Degree Tours, Drone Photos: $150 each

Zillow or Promotional Video: $50 as an add-on only

Other Pricing

Drive time greater than 30 min to property: +$20/30min

Houses greater than 3,000 SqFt: +$25/500 SqFt

Commercial, Multi-Unit, Hotels: Pricing based of size/complexity of project

Agents:

For orders, I will need the following info:

• List date/day photos needed by

• Times/days sellers are available

• Lockbox code

• Address

• Order selection

• Other important info (no heat/power/water, difficult to access, if you’d like me to hang the lockbox, etc)

• The sellers may not be home as it typically doubles the length of time to take photos and leads to less quality.

• You are welcome to meet me at the property, but there is no need.
